Pretend Plays and Stage Performance

How do we make cultural events a part of the curriculum?

A vibrant country like India depends on its culture, which is expressed in various ways. We tell our stories, celebrate, remember the past, amuse ourselves, and envision the future. We define ourselves by our creative expression, which also enables us to view the world from the perspectives of others. Indians engage in the culture in a variety of ways, including as spectators, professionals, amateurs, volunteers, contributors, and investors.

Culture has intrinsic value, but it also has significant social and economic benefits. Culture improves our quality of life and boosts overall wellbeing for both individuals and communities through better learning, and opportunities for social interaction.

Participation in culture benefits children and young adults. It brings cognitive growth, self-esteem, and resilience, all of which boost educational performance. Cultural heritage increases educational and lifetime learning opportunities, including the ability to comprehend history.

Fun and Frolic has included celebrating all cultural activities and Indian traditions. Every Friday is an activity day. We teach kids about our festivals like Guru Purnima and Ganesh Chaturthi. And even observation days like Doctor’s day and Teachers’ day. We teach our kids to play small skits for their classmates. Taking turns for their part in skits and pretend plays, kids develop confidence and avoid stage fright and public anxiety.

Children who are out of Fun and Frolic for their pre-school education perform outstandingly in their further studies. We believe our activities play a major part in our student’s social, mental, and physical development.
